So I'm writing. The book. I'm not blogging. Even though @lizbrooks keeps telling me I need to blog. I keep telling her I can't blog right now because I have to write a book. If I'm blogging right now, it means I'm cheating on the book. And I have already accepted partial payment for the writing of this book. Nobody pays me to blog. Are you following my logic here @lizbrooks?
The book is about the simultaneous pregnancies my partner Sarah and I expereienced, and the eventual births of our children, the most amazing things that have ever happened to me in my entire life - Thomas & Kate. I'm not going to blog the whole story here, since I am writing a book about it, at least to the best of my ability.
I can tell you that Thomas turned one on February 1st and his sister Kate turns one tomorrow (2/24). I can't believe we all survived it. That first year was pretty hairy, believe me. If you've ever had a baby, imagine trying to write a book during the first year. Now imagine two babies instead of one and writing the book. Now imagine @lizbrooks pressuring you to blog with two babies instead of one while you're trying to write a book.
Don't get me wrong. I love @lizbrooks. And I love that she loves my blogs. But I actually have a book to write and a cake to bake for Kate's first birthday. So I'll blog more in a few weeks, after I hand the book in.
See you soon....
